History

Since 1991 R&D Custom Homes has been a major home-building force in the Cook, Will, Kankakee and Iroquois county area.  Known largely for their commitment to custom-deisgned homes, they are the source for residences tailored specifically to their customers needs and desires.  R&D Custom Homes was founded by Rocky Spano and Dan DeVivo.  They started out small in the tile and remodeling business and built the business from the ground up.  Dan and Rocky have been in the remodeling and construction industry since the late '70's.

R&D Custom Homes works only with suppliers and crews capable of delivering the quality that their customers demand.  Both Dan and Rocky play a key on-site and hands-on role in each new construction paying close attention to every detail large and small.

As both Dan and Rocky will tell you, "This is not a cookie-cutter approach to building homes".  Every detail of the design is considered and discussed with the customer.  No one is forced to settle for "what's available".  A constant dialog is kept open with the customers to insure that all expectations are completely met.  Whether it's that unique front door or that special ceiling design for the dining room customers will find R&D Custom Homes ready to accomodate.
